These are a few questions that we get commonly asked! We hope this helps!

How do we book through Forever Treasured?

We take bookings through our scheduling tool which is found at the bottom of our Packages page and in the top right hand corner of the website! We are also  open to enquiries before you take the leap and book your dates for your occasion!

How do we know if our booking is confirmed?

Once you have booked your occasion through our booking tool, as long as your required dates are free we will send a confirmation email! There is nothing left to worry about now from you! We will take care of everything else to make sure your packages arives in time for your special occasion!

What is raw footage?

What we mean by “raw footage” is unedited footage from your occasion. This is all of your unedited footage which is simply put onto a USB/Memory stick and sent to you once we have recieved our cameras back. This is then yours to do whatever you please with!

What happens if something goes wrong with the camera?

We advise everyone tests the cameras before your occasion to ensure everything is working. If there are any issues get in touch with us and we will do our best to resolve the problem promptly!

What happens if we damage your equipment?

If there is an instance where unfortunately one of your guests does accidentally damage or break our equipment then you could be liable to a damages fee. This could vary depending on how bad the damages are.

Who should we give the cameras to on the day?

We recommend that you give the cameras to people that you trust and the people that you think will either be the sole of the party, or the ones to capture those emotional but perfect unscripted moments. You could even pass them around for everyone to leave a message!

What kind of footage will we get back?

This completely depends on what package you choose! This ranges from raw footage, all the way up to a 25 minute highlight reel! All the details are listed in the package descriptions.

Can we chose the music?

You can choose a genre or mood you want the music to fit. Whether thats music that brings the party atmosphere back to life, or whether is music that brings a tear to your eye. We use royalty free music, so unfortunately cannot use commercial tracks, but we will find something that fits the occasion perfectly!

How do we receive the cameras and send them back?

We will ship it directly to the address of the order. Once you’ve finished capturing the magic you package it back up in the packaging we provide. Then we can either arrange the courier to collect the parcel from your chosen address, or we can provide a pre paid return label in which you can drop off at your local post office!

Can we decide what footage gets included in final edits?

Our edits are kept simple and not in order of the events of that day/night. This is because some of the footage captured by guests at your occasion is normally unpredictable and diverse. Our soul purpose is to provide the customer with a unique and unfiltered events that happened at your occasion you might have previously missed. However, if something happened which you think you caught through our lenses which you endeavour to get included we will try our best to suit your wishes. We aim to highlight the moments from that occasion from a unique point of view that a normal videographer might not be able to capture!
